Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Life happens, and I get it! To keep things fair for everyone:
Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance is completely free—just let me know by text (801)557-7758, or through your appointment link.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the booked services, to be paid before rebooking.
No-shows will result in a 100% fee of the booked services, to be paid before rebooking.
Because we’re all human, I will wave one late cancellation fee and one no-show per year (Effective 2/1/2025 through 2/1/2026). Think of it as a little grace for the unexpected.
Payments
All services and products are final sale—no refunds or exchanges.
I accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and Zelle—no checks, Venmo, or Cash App.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated—kind words and referrals mean just as much.
Health & Safety
A Safe Space for All: Hairoism is an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming space. You are welcome to be fully yourself here, always.
Care for Every Hair Type: As a licensed Cosmetologist/Instructor with extensive training, I work with all hair types and textures. No matter your hair’s pattern or needs, I offer cuts and colors to everyone.
Consent & Boundaries: Your comfort matters. If you need a break, an adjustment, or a different approach to your service, just let me know—I want you to feel safe and at ease.
Masks: If you’d like me to wear a face mask during your appointment, just say the word—I’m happy to accommodate.
Personal Safety: If at any time you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please don’t hesitate to speak up. Your well-being is just as important as your hair!
